Job Description* Source and purchase materials from suppliersResponsibilities:* Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and ensure that purchased tools and Product meet quality standards1. Assist in developing and implementing effective purchasing strategies to support business objectives.* Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions and other documentation & ensure timely delivery of purchased items2. Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.* Maintain accurate records of all purchases and inventory3. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.* Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers and vendors4. Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.* Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality and cost5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.* Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting6. Supervise purchasing staff, providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.* Making Purchase Orders (PO).7. Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent stock shortages or overages.* Conduct follow-up with suppliers and vendors8. Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, budgets, and supplier evaluations.* Carrying out product return follow-up* perform EAF creationQualifications:✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Job Requirement :✔ At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement; leadership experience is an advantage.• Degree in business, accounting, or a relevant field✔ Proficient in procurement systems, supplier management, and data analysis.• Minimum 1 years of experience in purchasing✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills with a strategic mindset.• Excellent written and verbal communication in English✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Strong negotiation and communication skills✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.• Ability to analyze data and make informed decision✔ Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and market analysis.• Strong organization skills and attention to detail• Proficiency in Ms. Office or computer system• Able to join immediatelytd {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}
